Pad Residential has been appointed to manage lettings at a new development in Salford.
Broughton Place is a three-storey gated scheme comprising 34 flats with one, two and three bedrooms, and communal gardens.
Located on Lower Broughton Road, it is the first development in England by Bahrain-based Awal Investment.
Pad’s partner Scanlans has been appointed to manage the block.
Broughton Place is aimed at buy-to-let investors who are seeking a solid return from the buoyant rental market in this increasingly desirable area.
The apartments are ideal for rental by students at Salford University and young professionals seeking to live near Manchester city centre.
Ian Waxman, managing director of Pad, said: “We are thrilled to be appointed to manage the lettings at Broughton Place.
“Working with Scanlans, we are able to provide the developer with a unified approach to management and lettings and this arrangement recognises the strength of our joint offer to developers and property owners.
“They will know that the properties are in trusted hands.
“By jointly delivering building management and individual asset management, this will look after their interests by ensuring high occupancy levels and better quality control.”
“Our appointment also demonstrates our ability to jointly work with overseas investing groups, as well as UK-based investment schemes and higher value individual investors.”
Scanlans partner Ian Magenis said:
“We are delighted to be working with Pad on this scheme. Our partnership provides a perfect synergy between property and rental management so often missing in this type of scheme.”
