Valuations
pad residential offer free valuation sevices for both lettings and for sales.
Written valuations may incur a reasonable administration fee, but will of course be free for current landlords and other existing clients.
pad can give your valuation by telephone, fax, letter, email or SMS text. We aim to get you the information via the most convenient way for you, and use the latest technologies for this purpose.
We can offer you this service 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. We are sorry to say that we cannot make Saturdays or Sundays due to staff rotations. However, we feel it is important to work around you, so would suggest the following if you cannot match our times:
- We could meet your sitting tenants, and call you afterwards, be sure we will not speak them regarding any sale if this is an issue, please let us know in advance
- We could meet your appointed representative, and call you afterwards
- We could collect keys from a nearby agent, or
- You could post us the keys, and we can post them recorded delivery back, FREE!
