Head of Housekeeping Padhotels – FTS 136634

Due to our ongoing expansion plans we now require a head housekeeper. Working with our operations manager you will be required to work and develop a team to clean and prepare our serviced apartments. This is a newly created position of great importance to the company. As such you will require previous hotel housekeeping experience and be able to demonstrate the ability to manage people and problem solve. Although a manager you will also be expected to work on the job. The role will involve cleaning, procurement of linen, food provision and supplies management. Own car would be a great advantage.

 

Hours of work approx 35 hours to include Saturday/Sunday

remuneration starting at £7.25 per hour (plus agreed overtime)

Hotel Online Portal/Allocation Manager - FTS 136635

Due to continued expansion we now require an online portal manager. This is an extremely important and exciting role for the company and will require great analytical skills and commercial awareness. In addition to improving and maintaining our online presence the role will also include the listing of new bookings on our reservations system. The successful candidate will have a ‘traders instinct’ and be able to understand the relationship between occupancy over room rate. You will work closely with the directors of the company and be required to provide information on a daily basis to justify your commercial decisions. Previous experience in the hotel industry will be an advantage but candidates from other sectors are welcome to apply. Computer skills are essential.

 

Hours of work approx 42.5 hours to include occasional Saturday

   'Full Time Receptionist and Administrator'

We require a dedicated member of staff to join our existing team.

 

Your main role will be to greet members of the public face to face, via telephone and also via email.  You will be in our Bridge Street office, booking appointments, dealing with offers and any issues existing clients may have.

 

You will also be referencing tenants to move into properties, as well as other tasks consumate with a letting agent role.

 

Salary Negotiable.

 

You will be required to work on Saturdays and Sundays to cover occassional holidays.
